A different kind of creativity
Commercial projects allow me to use my creativity in a different way.
There is something really satisfying about walking into a reception area, restaurant or office that feels a little cold or unfinished, then creating something that completely changes how the space feels.
Sometimes it is a large installation. Sometimes it is simply knowing where flowers or planting will make the biggest difference.
That is the part of the job I enjoy most.

Every business is different
No two spaces need the same floral approach.
No two businesses are the same, so I do not believe there should be a standard approach.
A busy office reception needs something very different from a hotel lounge or a restaurant. Some businesses want fresh flowers delivered regularly. Others want beautifully realistic artificial planting that looks just as good twelve months later as it did on the day it was installed.
The first thing I always do is look at the space: how it is used, where people naturally look when they walk in, and what feeling you are trying to create.

More than just flowers

Although flowers are at the heart of what I do, this is really about creating spaces that people enjoy spending time in.
Over the years I have worked on office refurbishments, commercial interiors, television productions, advertising campaigns and hospitality spaces.
Every project has taught me something different, but they have all reinforced the same thing. The smallest changes often make the biggest difference.
How I work
Every project starts with a conversation and a proper look at the space.
I would much rather come and see the space than make suggestions from a photograph.
We will talk about how the area is used, what you would like to achieve, your budget and whether fresh flowers or artificial planting would work best for your business.
Some clients need a one-off installation. Others prefer seasonal updates throughout the year. There is not a right or wrong answer, only what is right for your space.
